67.8 percent Poles are against early parliamentary elections; The exception are PiS voters: 56 percent of them. voted in favor of such a solution, according to the United Surveys survey published today by Wirtualna Polska.
In a survey conducted by United Surveys for Wirtualna Polska, respondents were asked whether in their opinion, given the tense political situation in Poland, early parliamentary elections should be held.
PiS electorate “for”
The most, 67.8 percent. Respondents are against such a development of the case. 40.3 percent chose “absolutely not” as the answer, and 27.5 percent “I don’t think so.” 24.8% have the opposite opinion. respondents – 13% answered “definitely yes” and 11.8% “probably yes”. 7.4% stated that they had no opinion.
The website wp.pl points out that the situation is completely different when we look at the voters of individual parties. Voters for Law and Justice in the group 56 percent they supported the vision of early elections. 32 percent chose the answer “definitely yes” and “probably yes” 24%. 36% have the opposite opinion. respondents (25 percent “probably not” and 11 percent “definitely not”). The answer “I don’t know/it’s hard to say” was chosen by 8%.
Opinion of coalition voters
The ruling coalition’s voters overwhelmingly (93%) believed that early elections were a bad idea.
“‘Absolutely not’ was chosen by 67 percent. respondents, and ‘prefer not’ 26 percent 6% had the opposite opinion. respondents (“fairly yes” and “certainly yes” each 3% of respondents). 1 percent of respondents in this group had no opinion.
96 percent Third Way voters also decided that premature elections are not a good solution. 55 percent answered “probably not,” and 41 percent “definitely not.” 4% took the opposite view. respondents (3% “definitely yes” and 1% “probably yes”).
Same, 96 percent. Left-wing voters believe that early elections should not be held. 71 percent chose the answer “absolutely not”, and 25 percent “I don’t think so”. 4 percent of voters from this party surveyed had the opposite opinion.
54 percent Confederation voters believe that early elections are not a good solution (30 percent “absolutely not” and 24 percent “preferably not”). 35% have the opposite opinion. respondents (26 percent “probably yes” and 9 percent “definitely yes”). 11% stated that they had no opinion about this. voters of this party.
The survey was conducted from January 26 to 28 according to the CATI&CAWI method among a group of 1,000 respondents.
