Singer Yegor Creed filed a lawsuit against the organizers of his Arkhangelsk concert for more than 12 million rubles, according to a Telegram channel report.
The Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of the singer, who had sued Your Concert LLC for 5.7 million rubles for non-fulfillment of contractual obligations. During the proceedings, penalties were added, bringing the total compensation Creed must receive to 12.1 million rubles.
Shot noted that Anton Popovich, the general director of Your Concert, disagrees with the court decision and intends to appeal.
Creed’s Arkhangelsk show took place on March 31. Broadcast notes initially indicated that all parties were satisfied with the event, but disputes soon surfaced on social media, and the artist filed suit on April 12. The reasons behind initiating the case were not disclosed.
The Telegram channel adds that prior to this matter, Popovich faced a separate claim for almost 2 million rubles related to Timati’s performance, suggesting a dispute over potential contractor overpayments for maintenance.
In May 2023, a separate hearing involved Tvoy Concert LLC and singer Valery Meladze following a canceled performance. The claim was returned to the concert organizers because the government fee had to be paid by April 21, yet payment had not been received.
Earlier, Agutin was reported to have sought another sum from a blogger who had accused him of Satanism. The source of these details is the cited Telegram channels and public court records where available.
