The National Electoral Commission announced the official results of the European Parliament elections. “We, the Polish nation, all citizens of the Republic of Poland, have elected 53 parliamentarians to the European Parliament, out of 1,019 candidates,” Sylwester Marciniak, chairman of the National Electoral Commission, said at a press conference. As he informed, a total of 11 million 829,725 votes were cast in the elections, meaning a turnout of 40.65 percent.

The head of the National Electoral Commission, Judge Sylwester Marciniak, announced the number of seats allocated to the individual electoral commissions during a press conference on Monday.
In the order of electoral list numbers, Trzecia Droga (list no. 1) received 3 seats, Konfederacja (list no. 2) – 6 seats, Civic Coalition (list no. 5) – 21 seats, Left (list no. 6) – 3 seats, and Law and Justice (list no. 7) – 20 seats.
The head of the National Electoral Commission also made a list of the electoral commissions that were not given the right to distribute seats. These are the election committees of: Non-Party Local Government, Polexit, Normal Land, Liberal Poland – Strajku Przedsiębiorców, Ruch Reprawy Polski and Głos Nielnej Polska.
Results abroad
The Civic Coalition won the elections in Russia. 44.64% of the votes were cast for this party. our compatriots vote in the Russian Federation. The former head of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, Marcin Kierwiński, received the most votes (9). Confederation took second place among our compatriots in Russia, of which Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik received the most votes (4). The stage is closed by PiS, where Małgorzata Gosiewska received the same number of votes.
The American-Polish community has decidedly chosen Law and Justice. Poland’s main opposition party scored twice as high as the ruling party’s main coalition partner.
51.73% of voters voted for PiS in the US. our compatriots. The Civic Coalition won 25.01 percent in the US. to vote. Confederation closes the stage with a result of 14.48%.
Poles in the United States were most likely to vote for Sebastian Kaleta (1,740 votes), Marcin Kierwiński (647 votes) and Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik (772 votes).
In Britain, the Civic Coalition received the most support, followed by Confederation and Law and Justice in third place.
