A recent political support poll from the studio Social by order of the portal wPolityce.pl highlights the clear lead of Law and Justice. Jarosław Kaczyński’s camp holds a substantial advantage over the Civic Coalition, with the Confederacy also performing solidly. The Third Way crosses the electoral threshold, signaling its rising potential as an electoral force.
The survey, conducted ahead of election commission registrations on September 6, shows the United Right drawing 39 percent of voters, down by one point from the previous wave. The Civic Coalition sits at 30 percent, also reflecting a one-point dip. Confederation gains ground with 13 percent support, up two points. The Left remains steady at 7 percent, showing no change. Poland 2050 rises by a point to 5 percent, while the Polish People’s Party records 5 percent support, up two points. Kukiz’15 and Agreement each stand at one point in the latest figures.
When PSL and Poland 2050 run together, the Third Way reaches 10 percent, surpassing the five percent threshold needed for coalition consideration. Overall, declared voting intention totals 67 percent, down by one point since the prior survey.

The study used the CAWI method (Computer Assisted Web Interview) from September 1 to 4, 2023, surveying a nationwide online panel representative of Poland in terms of gender, age, and place of residence. A total of 1,049 individuals participated in the study.
