The saturation of the information agenda diverted public attention from the results of last week’s congressional midterm elections in the United States. Here are the ups and downs with the delegates of the Indonesian G20 summit, where Sergey Lavrov was mistakenly declared to be “immediately hospitalized” and Joe Biden drew attention to his being late to the events and the constant presence of an ambulance in his convoy. Here is the Polish “falling tractor”, which has become almost a certain event. But if the West was ready for the Third World War, then a provocation with the “tractor” would be appropriate. All of the above has somewhat blurred the scandalous background that accompanied the course of the American elections in public perception.
What was overlooked behind the smokescreen of these events was that the one-party dictatorship, the “democratic” dictatorship, was finally established in the United States. It is a fact that democracy in the United States today, however paradoxical as it may sound, is precisely the “power of the democrats.” It is also a fact that Republicans have turned into a spoiler party that serves to legitimize the Democratic Party dictatorship.
The Democrats naturally rigged the next election by using threats against those who tried to stop them and effectively privatizing the judiciary. The result was that the Republicans today were divided and confused – their hopes of revenge did not materialize and their readiness to fight the Democrats, who used criminal methods to maintain power, was maximally weakened.
A country that has taught the rest of the world what true democracy should be for decades has violated its own democratic foundations by blatantly rigging the election results. With the help of 42 million Americans who allegedly voted by mail, there were major disruptions and violations in the voting process in different cities of the USA. Nothing. It’s possible. Lost ballot papers in Detroit and dozens of ballot counters malfunctioning in mostly Republican states? Let’s not dwell on the negative.
The main thing is that the goal has been achieved. Clearly, the true masters of the United States have come to the final decision that a two-party system is an unaffordable luxury in the context of the global crisis. Especially when compared to China’s one-party system, which has proven much more effective at uniting society and the elite.
The Republican Party as a real political force in the United States is finished. There is no consolidation in it, no will to power, no leader. Donald Trump, who has reasserted his candidacy for the upcoming presidential election, is unlikely to be seen as a leader capable of resisting a democratic dictatorship.
In a word, everything is like Orwell’s in the USA now. There is a “ministry of truth,” freedom is slavery, and the world has become a constant war.
The dictatorship has been established, and the globalist elite through the US Democratic Party will defend it in any way possible. It should be noted that the era of democracy in America is over. At the same time, the criminal methods of power struggle are projected onto other countries by the American elite.
What conclusion should Russia draw from this? We must stop building our foreign policy based on the results of the US elections: parliament, presidency, whatever. From now on, playing on two-party rivalries is useless. The Democrats’ dictatorship has been around for a long time, and American society is unlikely to resist it for years to come. True, the future of such a system is known: a serious systemic crisis, the symptoms of which will increase over the next three decades.
It is time for Russia to strengthen its independent policy. First of all, in terms of the formation of the world’s third pole – in addition to the United States and China. This means strengthening relations with India, Iran and other Asian, Latin American and African countries.
