Of course, this is also facilitated by the development of communication systems. We have become ready for our knowledge and many people. And for many of the ambassadors, the signals of the ambassadors become an analogue of whipping: As soon as we hear the familiar sound from the phone, we hurry. And again, our brain is not listened to, but digest a mixture of information from news, messages from friends.
It turns out that the technologies created for more comfort and comfort create more problems with paradoxically rest. And in this case, the only way is a strong effort to stop being a slave to the phone bell sound. Cutting the connection of the warnings, postponing Gadget, going out, leaving the phone in the car and so on.
However, in terms of the psychological method of rendering, there is another reason that interferes with resting – very limiting beliefs that create negative situations during resting, forcing them to be in constant stress and prevent us from transition. Let’s look at a few beliefs.
First: Do business – walk bravely.
Many of them are convinced that you can rest after everything is completed. Folk wisdom seems to be wrong. However, the list of cases is endless, that is, it means that a person does not have a good right to rest if he is guided by such a belief. It will make a person think of unresolved tasks and holidays.
It is very important to remember that it is impossible to do everything at all times and completely and at any time! But to do less than planned – this is not the same as to do little. Try to turn off the internal neurasthenic perfectionist and allow you to be less effective than you want. After all, it doesn’t mean less, less than you want. And even more does not mean zero.
Second: Rest is laziness and laziness.
Most of the time, our grandmother and mothers taught us. Let’s say the best rest is an activity change. And to reach out with a book in the sun, it is the laziness that must be burned with red hot iron … But it is important to remember that it is not about laziness. Rest is an important and necessary example of restarting the body and soul. If you don’t take the time to this issue, it is likely that no one can be listened to, because it is very easy to go too far. Therefore, if you are an adult personality, you will need to lose health without choosing or choose without investing for a certain period of time on your holiday (invest and do not lose).
Third: Nothing works without me, everything just holds me.
The illusion of one’s own indispensability is the characteristic of people who see their employment as the highest judgment who knows how to organize everything in this world. And it doesn’t even matter who this person is: the official, entrepreneur or housewife. Such people are controlled by a worrying need to control everything, if they are done in a different way as they do something, then they are caused by a faulty view that the world will collapse.
It is shown that citizens with such increasing concern and hyper-reality ask them two questions: “Why, what do I want, bad?” And “Why should it be the way I want?” Sit at the table with just one paper and answer these two questions. Usually, when I give this task to my customers, they bring me the following answers with easy surprise: “It must be as I want, because good. And as good as I wish, because badly bad.” However, these formulations are baby chattering. An adult usually uses more arguments than a simple stigma with a leg and a scream in a toy store: I want, laugh!
An adult realizes that it does not have to be as you want, but this is not a problem, it is simply different.
Fourth: You need to relax worse than others.
Of course, people from social networks or people who tend to rest, such as bloggers, of course, cannot really relax. They constantly fixed and put everything on the phone cameras and put them, put them on a make-up window-social networks. After all, everything should not be worse than others! Of course, this behavior is associated with internal stress. People only lose the opportunity to observe the sunset, sit on the sea shore, or see the glow of their children’s eyes, because they are busy with photo-video-fiction. There is a distorted mirror in the form of a screen between the real world and in this case, and it prevents it from being here and now. As a result, such a person’s attention is attracted to the quality of the picture.
It is important to allow yourself a flawed holiday! You are a human being and you have the right to miss something during the journey, not to visit the location of the acquaintances. Lost opportunities are normal. It is impossible to live life and not to miss anything. And even more, even if others do it, it is not normal to boast about your pictures in front of others.
It is unlikely that a person who respects and appreciates him can fantatically chase the number of likes in the photograph and feel unhappy if others are better.
And, of course, remember that gluttony, drunkenness, night watch and a tape of social networks in front of the series are a rest, but unfortunately many people think. All of the above, on the contrary, create additional fatigue and indifference before going to work.
