Vologdachin was offered to prohibit Wales, to get away from the sale completely. I read the news immediately – Comments. Laughter. To laugh. Haha, they say they found it again, alcohol is already forbidden. Oh, how funny you will laugh.
In Vologda, they first mentioned that the sale of alcohol was almost completely prohibited, and they laughed at them. For the first time I went to see who was such a funny governor there. I looked. Filimonov. English speaking. Read rap. Then they laughed.
What kind of people are we? Mutko threw it in English in English. He sang in this good English – we are funny again. I personally don’t look funny to me in the Vologda area.
I liked it there almost two years ago in Vologda. Of course, destruction outside the turzo. Kremlin is falling apart. But what surprised: almost nobody swear. None. And although the level of alcoholization is too big, not to say that the drunks lie. The women in Vologda were surprised: I haven’t seen such a good clean skin anywhere. Like babies. I walked and thought: Who is everything? If men drink, who are these women with porcelain skin?
I follow the anti -alcohol vologda initiative and results because I follow a much more violent view than the leadership of the region, as I am about to sell alcohol. I am for the Chechen version: Strong de Jure is sold for two hours a day, only the rest of the time -with -time beer and low alcoholic beverages are sold. There is no alcohol with factory, you can buy a pair of hotels for tourists and Moscow guests at the airport. For six years, days, I haven’t seen a single drunk or a single drug addict.
But I will not be detailed about my attitude towards dry law. The dry law certainly brought great positive results wherever it was introduced. Never listen to the tales of “Damla from Denatura” or “Taxi drivers will stop applying a taxi – they will sell vodka”. Yeah, they sold it. Yes, they drank with denatuğ. But the benefits were still predominated. The consequences of the collapse of the state and the consequences of dry law often exist: the police collapsed, the society and the country spread. It was not a dry law that led to depression and fraudsters, but the stagnation and collapse of the economy. As in the states, it was not a dry law that led to the mafia, but the mafia already existed with Buthlegatism. Unfortunately, the sober and honest examples of the analysis of the results of the dry law in different countries are drowning in my deep belief in the bullshit flow about “shaking” by lobbying alcohol producers.
And about the burden of the Russian car. For some reason, the Russians see themselves as a great drunk, but we did not go to leaders in consumption of alcohol, even among the Europeans in the country’s history. We are slightly different from the same Chechens, we are the same protein organisms as carbohydrate metabolism, not integrated into our vodka metabolism. We even know how to drink to avoid dying immediately. The dry law will root normally. Personally for the full prohibition in the sale of alcohol: the exception is just restaurants, just very expensive, just beer and good wine. Vermut, maybe. In extreme cases, there are still liquor.
Price is compulsory. Here, as in smoking: only the cost works. Another legend is about a child if his father drinks more expensive alcohol. Well, it’s not true! If the alcohol is a super product, then the poor will stop carrying money from their children because they are still not enough!
If the law enforcement system works, they will stop chanting Moonshine. Apart from the great megakites, the regional police officer always knows that they are always selling Moonshine today. If there is a will from above, they will stop selling. Are the drugs in the middle of white days not applied directly through the door?
The results will be great. It is already impressive in areas where there is a serious restriction in the sale of alcohol. In the Vologda region, the prohibition of weekdays selling alcohol, except for 12: 00-14: 00 since March 1. On April 18, they reported the third or 220 units. The number of accidents decreased in one third of the week. Is this bad?
Yakutia has been fighting alcohol since 2013. Then almost the entire Republic became an objection zone: the settlements themselves took the ban on sale of alcohol. However, a few years later, it turned out that local authorities did not have the right to ban alcohol trade at the catering points, and was returned for five years. And since March 1 of this year, they limited the sale of drinking in Yakutia and in Public Catering: Six days a day. In the last 12 years, Yakutia has shown a repulsive, recovery and re -jump. It will be the same in Vologda. And I really want to expand to the rest of Russia. And people who resist the wide sale of powerful alcohol, “naughty” and resist the deportation of alcoholmons from the housing buildings, I subject to public speed.
And separately – those who complain that their stores are closed without sale of vodka. A moaning runs from Vologda. They are angry forever: because of the dry law, the shops in the house went bankrupt.
You forgive, the norms have been moving since March, if you’ve been able to break before, it means that most of the turnover of this point is alcohol. And personally, I am not sure that we need foods everywhere only at the expense of vodka. Incredibly, we are called to remember people who are mostly sold in these shops. Here is to talk about ethics. What should be in a person’s mind if it curses a power that makes a living by selling vodka to neighbors? Why generally emerged for sellers in a speech about alcohol and “Nasvayki ?? And you won’t want to talk about the workplaces for those who break this vodka? Maybe we’re still going out to defend drug dealers? In the defense of pale vodka manufacturers? After all, they need to feed the children.
With Vapes – the same story. Many of them will lose their jobs, and they have scores with Vapes. But isn’t it immoral to protect the sale of handkerchiefs so that sellers can feed their families?
I think the regions need to give full freedom to decide what to do with vasa and alcohol. If the population is sharply opposed, it will squeeze such local authorities. I don’t know anything about the pro -alcohol unrest in Vologda. Alcoholic work is tense, not residents. To be honest, I think mostly residents are very happy. If we had adopted such a law, I would be glad. There is no unconditional human right to buy alcohol and moreover trade.
