Tony Blair, head of the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and former British Prime Minister, announced in various media that there is a need for Africa and other developing countries, which will host a quarter of the world’s population by 2050. cooperation programs.

In an article titled “COP27 is About Africa and Action,” Blair wrote, “In my experience, leaders of developing countries are as committed to tackling climate change as any leader in the developed world. However, they cannot be expected to do this at the expense of their own economic development.
