How to start the archon quest Masquerade of the Guilty
As usual, players must meet a set of requirements to unlock story missions.
After all the prerequisites are satisfied, the quest appears in the quest log. The player simply opens the Archon Quests tab, selects the quest, and hits Track Target.
Spilling evil waters
Head to the barracks where the Childe investigation was recently wrapped up. Officially, heroes cannot leave this zone, so permission is required first. Enter the bedroom to watch a brief cutscene, after which the chapter commences.
Talk to the secretary
Proceed to the lower level to find Monglan. She issues a special card allowing exit from the fortress, which must be returned to Risley. The man awaits in his office.
Travel to the Mermonia Palace
Fast travel to the Hydro Archon statue at Cour de Fontaine and then enter the palace. Neuvillet asks for a moment of waiting, after which the hero shares a dream. The judge then directs a visit to Poisson to see Navia without him.
Go to Poissons
If Poisson has been visited before, use the nearby teleport to reach the village quickly. There, Navia’s henchmen stand ready, and Navia herself waits aboard the ship. After the dialogue, the achievement The Call of the Seagulls is earned in the Wonders of the World section.
Go to the cemetery
Leave the village and ascend to the surface. A nearby hill teleporter can be used, followed by a slide down. After a long cutscene with Navia and the Servant, the quest ends.

Every meeting is a farewell
The next objective lies in the southern part of Mon Atoneki. Upon arrival, the entrance to the ruins revealed by the Servant appears. Navia offers to join; pick a combat-ready team and enter.
Search the ruins
This dungeon has a clear constraint: most walls cannot be climbed, so any fall returns the player to the start. Follow the marker to the first obstacle gate and eliminate a small enemy squad.
Continue sprinting along the marker. When the floor collapses, defeat hilichurls, inspect a rich chest, and after Navia’s cutscene, bypass the fallen column and climb the planks. Be careful not to linger because the planks will collapse.
At the next spawn gate, sprint across the bridge while it begins to crumble. A long video follows where Naviya falls into the water and lands in a parallel world. There is nothing to influence; simply watch to the end to re-enter the ruins.
The achievement comes immediately after the cutscene Love is Destructive in Wonders of the World.
Continue exploring the ruins
Entering the tower, defeat the enemy, then climb stairs and wooden planks toward the top. Both stairs and shelves can collapse. Don’t miss the moment when a second flight reveals a rich chest just inside the tower’s entrance.
After the foes are cleared, interact with the device to lower the elevator. When the plates reveal the prophecy, new evidence appears for later use. The dungeon ends after a final precious chest is opened before departure.
Leaving the dungeon, Navia and Veuvillet depart, and the protagonists head to the Spina di Rosula base in Flev Sandr. There are extended dialogues, and then the task is considered complete.

Hunters, prophets
Follow the palace and enter Neuvillette’s office. There, the judge tries to extract details about Furina’s prophecy. The Archon refuses to speak, so Neuvillet suggests organizing a trial.
Watch a few more scenes and then head to the Spina di Rosula base for another proof.
Go to the kiosk
Teleport to the surface of Cour de Fontaine and read the newspaper article. Sedena awaits at the Debord Hotel, and after a meal you can depart the building.
Note: If the world mission Interview at the Steam Bird has not been completed, progressing the story may be blocked.
All that remains is to talk to Charlotte and Isadora at the Spina di Rosula base. With that, the quest ends.

Judgement day. Which arguments you should choose
To support Neuvillette’s plan, the player must locate Furina in Poisson. Hidden, the Archon begins to reveal the mission and attempts to sway the sea levels. A trial in the theater follows, and the achievement Scene of Fate is earned in Wonders of the World.
During Furina’s interrogation, players select arguments:
- How can Furina live so long when she’s only human? — Meeting with a servant. Furina is affected by a curse.
- What evidence shows Furina is not Oratrice’s owner? – Childe’s conviction, and Oratrix’s guilty verdict, which Furina did not anticipate.
- What facts prove Furina is a person? – The truth about the disappearances, showing that Fontaine’s inhabitants can be dissolved in the Primordial Sea.
How to unravel the secret meaning of stone tablets
Prophecy pictures reveal the truth about disappearances, the Hydro Archon’s death sentence, Naviya’s fall, and the Primeval Sea’s entry into the Meropid fortress. The dream sequence about a whale hints at the disaster’s real cause, viewed in a vision where Childe sails the sea with a massive whale.

Opera of white roses and black waves
Furina resists speaking, so three spotlights beside her must be deactivated. When two are out, the hero faces Screams without Echoes. After handling this, take control of Furina and view the cutscenes.
Defeat the devouring narwhal
You do not need to kill the massive whale, just deal enough damage to push it to the next phase. If it absorbs the hero, it shifts to a different form. Fight on and watch more cutscenes. Along with rewards, the achievement In the name of a bright future is earned in Wonders of the World.
