The main goal for C Blue Prince is to locate Room 46. To achieve this, players must solve many puzzles, reach the corridor in the front area, and then explore the country house. The game includes a storytelling element, so this guide compiles all useful information to identify which rooms and items lead to Room 46.
Getting through the country house
At the entrance there are three doors. When you open them, you get choices of different rooms that you can place for one day in the country house to continue. If simplified, players must arrange the rooms so that they provide a passage from the entrance to the corridor, which sits at level 9, not easy.
Some doors stay closed, some rooms open only for diamonds, or stay hidden until you solve certain puzzles in the proper order. By visiting the country house again and again, you will learn about new rooms and items that ease progress and unlock ongoing improvements.
How Ongoing Improvements Open Up
If you leave the country house, you may notice a few closed doors. By solving the puzzles inside, you can activate mechanisms or discover the codes needed to open these spaces. A separate guide details each such improvement
- Fruit Garden – you gain 20 steps every day
- Diamond Mine – adds 2 diamonds each morning
- Grotto Blackbridge – use a computer that has been turned off
- Western Gate – Opens access to outdoor rooms. To open the gate go to the left side of the house and open the garage. Then activate the electricity and open the gate. After moving outside, go to the gate on the opposite side and push the bolt.
Each location has a valve that must be opened. After unlocking four places, the lift to the basement opens permanently.
Tips for Making Rooms
While each playthrough is unique, here are tips to help finish the day successfully:
- Focus on forked paths so you can backtrack and try another route without restarting the day
- When selecting the next room you can click Label to preview its layout and location
- Rooms with puzzles carry valuable rewards that ease further movement
- Avoid building a direct path to the corridor until you know which doors are opened that day
- Always keep two diamonds in reserve to create a rare and valuable room
- There are many small details; use a real notebook, capture screenshots, or note ideas from our guides to help later
- Every day the items in rooms can change; inspect the building carefully even if it seems nothing is there
How to Reach the Hallway Front Room
The hallway sits in the middle of the country house at level 9. It can be reached by arranging the rooms correctly, but the entrances are blocked by a special lock. To open them you must activate levers in special rooms. It is best to locate the right room first and then chart a route to the open entrance. Each day openings may close again.
Where a Lever Can Be Found for the Western Door
The lever is hidden in Secret Garden, a hidden room opened with a special key. The key has no fixed location, so explore rooms with objects and puzzles until you find it. Then revisit every closed door and activate the item to uncover Secret Garden.
After entering Secret Garden, locate a weather valve and turn on all valves in the western area of the map. The mechanism activates and the lever becomes accessible. It will also indicate which door the passage will open.
Where a Lever Can Be Found for the Southern Door
The lever is in the greenhouse, which typically opens on the right side of the country house. To activate it you must also find the lever handle. Like the key, it can be hidden in any room.
Where a Lever Can Be Found for the Eastern Door
The last lever is in the grand hall, a central room that often holds many useful items. The challenge there is that all doors are closed. A practical tactic is to use the foyer to unlock all doors in the corridors.
You do not have to activate all levers in one run. One step is enough, it is simply about setting a path to the target lever.
How You Can Get into the Basement
Opening the corridor and reaching it reveals that the northern door leads to Room 46, which is closed. A basement key sits on the central table along with a note that says to go down to rise. This means that you must go down to access the basement, and you should plan the route so the key remains if a new day starts. Doors opened by this key in the basement stay open forever, letting players move through the basement in different phases.
Ways to Reach the Basement
- Use the Foundation room that is placed on the estate permanently. There is no universal location as strengths and weaknesses exist everywhere
- Passage through the fountain by entering the boiler room and removing extra water. A separate guide covers this room
- Pierce the rock at the stairs to reach a cave entrance. If you descend you will see it. Break it using a Molotov device. This is assembled in the Workshop by combining Front Hammer, Lever and Battery Block. If these items are not found in the mansion, use caches and exchange rooms
- Activate the lift and open valves in four places outside the country house
How to Reach the Basement Button
To go deeper into the basement, the button must be activated. Reach it by moving with the lifts and passing through boxes.
Solving the Rotating Gear Puzzle
Even in the final phase this puzzle resolves quickly. Activate the mechanism in the standard way and guide the bridge to the intended passage. Later you can recreate a similar room in the country house to earn extra prizes.
After finishing this room, you will find a lever that opens the northern door of the corridor. Then you can return to the country house and access Room 46.
Note that if a new day starts, the corridor doors close again and you must rebuild your route.
