Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin said that there is always a chance to sign the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace agreement before the end of the year. This was reported by TASS.
The diplomat noted that the question of signing the peace agreement should be addressed to representatives of the foreign ministries of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Galuzin expressed that he hoped that such a thing was likely to happen, but the real question was whether Yerevan and Baku would benefit from it.
