Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan expressed concern that Baku will try to impose on Yerevan the creation of a non-territorial corridor between the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the rest of Azerbaijan. RIA News.
“Azerbaijan’s use of force against both the Republic of Armenia and the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as the rhetoric they create, indicate that the next goal may be to impose an extra-territorial corridor on Armenia (connecting Azerbaijan with Nakhchivan autonomy). In his speech at the UN General Assembly, Mirzoyan said, “It will pass through Armenian territory, but it will be out of our control.”
