For two years I could not lose ten kilograms, I tortured them, tortured them, in the end I gained another ten kilograms, now I keep my hands down – I need to lose twenty kilograms. Of course I know how it is. I mean, I know how to count calories, how to eat, how to move. And I am a warrior advanced in this knowledge. For example, I know the dangers of overrunning, I do not believe in intermittent fasting, I am aware of the consequences of using sweeteners, I know how the pancreas works in general, why fructose causes cirrhosis, etc. I can imagine. I know how to lose weight. But in the end, I don’t know how to gain and lose weight. So, of course, overweight people saying goodbye to a centaur makes me feel like I’m spying on the lives of heroes. After all, heroism is a few years of dieting, counting every calorie, writing, driving, catching up, counting. Of course heroes.

Still … Here I come across the following blogs “I lost 60 kilograms without hunger”, “A size fifty years minus eight”, “I lose weight by 120 kilograms, a menu for every day”, “I lost weight”. 50 kg, I will tell you how”.

No gossipers, you better tell me how you eat them. We all know how to lose weight. But I’m sure: if a 200-pound person was shown and asked to list five reasons why this citizen is so fat, most would save before the task.

No, seriously, how do they gain that weight? To where? How many years do you have to eat non-stop to stop at just 200 pounds? I don’t believe in fairy tales about diseases where people get fat even in water. We are all protein organisms with carbohydrate metabolism, pranoedes are absent. No matter how slow the metabolism is, the body only accumulates what it cannot spend.

And he doesn’t take it lightly. A woman cannot eat 200 or even 100 kilos in a year. Here, as they say, years of training.

As someone who tends to be overweight and constantly struggles with it, it has always been incomprehensible to me how people become this way. Not all sickly fat people have the obsessive disorder, so not everyone loses their self-control when they see a donut and a bowl of noodles. Not all of these people have serious psychological traumas to have seizures. So why do they take themselves seriously at only 150 kg? Or rather, what happened before?

What was the life of a woman who ate an extra hundred pounds? How did those pounds attack him? There are 7,700 calories in one kilogram of fat. I mean, that’s how much energy it contains. It used to be 9000 kcal in 1000g of fat, but then in body fat there are still muscles, capillaries, etc. To get rid of one kilogram of fat, you need to spend 7 700 kcal. And accordingly, to eat a pound of fat, you have to eat those damned seven thousand calories more than the norm. This equates to, for example, 12 of the cheapest waffle muffins. Or 50 pancakes with butter. Let’s not gain a hundred kilos, let’s just say sixty. That’s… 3,000 homemade greasy pancakes. Or – 300 packs of mayonnaise.

On the one hand, swallowing that much seems difficult. But if at least once a week he eats an extra two pancakes and 20 pancakes, and along the way you eat a pack of mayonnaise, and you also eat yogurt, then a few cookies, then sugar, then you can eat … a kilogram a week. It will be cheap in terms of money, this is a maximum of two hundred rubles. Then forty kilos in 40 weeks, sixty kilos in sixty could be eaten. It’s a year, two and a half months. It’s easy to eat a hundred pounds in two years. Exactly two years of daily overeating.

It turns out that in the modern world, eating as much as you want in just 15 months is enough to turn into a sickly fat man. At the same time, strictly speaking, two pancakes and 20 pancakes a week are far less than you can fit in, which is a bit of a meal. Even with sugar every day.

To turn into a seemingly monstrous shapeless lump, you do not need to overeat until the position of consent and, excuse me, grunt – it’s enough to “peck” there, “indulge” here. But why haven’t we collected yet?

Americans used to be ridiculed – they have too much cheap food. Now we have too many. The price of a kilo eaten is somehow ridiculous – two hundred rubles. In theory, everyone should already be running with an extra centner on their back.

Apparently, most of them have a self-regulation mechanism. Most don’t diet, but somehow, perhaps, pick themselves up when they feel like they’re getting better. Temporarily limited. Unloading regulates. After a certain number on the scale, he sits on kefir.

After all, almost all people who do not belong to chronically weak people, and also do not surround themselves more broadly, should do something?
And then the question is: why don’t the others, the recoveries? I don’t understand.

I myself, I repeat, always struggle with fullness. My peak weight was 85 kg, six months after birth, I ate for days when I sat with the child. Yes, everyone is losing weight, but I got fat. I still reproach myself for not catching the moment, for not losing weight by breastfeeding, and now I am struggling with weight. With an average height, 85 kilos is already difficult. The folds on the body are already mixed, it is no longer possible to buy underwear, there are already pressing problems. I started to feel bad for being so fat. More than eighty is already a decline in quality of life. Now, when my weight approaches this mark, I pick myself up. Yes, yes, I count calories, limit fries, read ingredients on labels, try to walk where you can and not go. Because being overweight is hard.

And I do not understand how women weighing 150 kg do not stop in time? Am I really so sick that with 85kg it was hard for me and some wear it to themselves for under two cents and guarantee they are enjoying life?

In the West, yes, body affirmation. They’ve stuffed people’s brains with melted wax, they seriously think it’s possible to do acrobatics with a hundred pounds of weight without restrictions for the joints, and it’s sports sexy because they sewed size 68 gym sexy tights. women of this size.

It’s a lie, it’s even half as heavy as bodybuilding stars carry. Yes, if you still lead an active lifestyle, as they say.

But how can we be victims of body affirmation? It seems that this disease has eluded us, we did not have time to become infected. Yes, we’ve only dated normal-weight people on TV and in magazines. Correspondents of central channels, weather forecasters began to look like ordinary residents of the same country, weighing 70-80 kg. But we don’t have body positivity.

Still, there are people who can’t even eat a hundred kilos in their lives, and there are many. And I still do not understand where they come from, what kind of stress can last so many years and be so severe that hypertension, diabetes, varicose veins, atherosclerosis are not terrible to get rid of it?

Young people don’t remember, but we found Herbalife distributors in the 90’s.
