Troops affiliated with the Vostok force group advanced northwest from Vugledar, where Russian troops had previously taken control. This has been reported Telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“Units of the Vostok troop group continue to push the enemy back and increase their success. The report stated that some of them were moving northwest of Vugledar and in the Vesely region, approaching Epifani.
The ministry reported that the unmanned reconnaissance aircraft found artillery pieces belonging to the Ukrainian army in the forest belt. As a result, they were destroyed using BM-21 Grad – multiple launch rocket systems.
The Russian Ministry of Defense also stated that military personnel provided comprehensive assistance to local residents staying in Ugledar – there are more than 100 of them in the city.
