Where to buy blueprints
All drawings are sold in Hogsmeade at the bookshop Tome and Scrolls. It sits to the south of the town, just left of the main entrance. Price per roll varies by rarity and can reach up to 5000 coins.
Where to buy seeds
A basic seed set is available at the Magic Rutabaga farm in the western part of Hogsmeade. Visitors will meet the shopkeeper and may receive a few free seeds as a gift.
Battle Seeds can be purchased from the Timophylls and Toadstools plant shop north of Hogsmeade. Large pots are necessary to grow tentacula, mandrakes, and cabbage.
