Resources Guide in Enshrouded – how to find and obtain all the resources in the game

At the very beginning of the journey you will find yourself in the ruins of the city of Longkeep. In the middle of the street there is a well from which you can draw unlimited water. One stack contains 10 units of water.

When exploring dungeons and the open world, bottles of water can also be found by breaking large vases and jugs.

Trunks are obtained by cutting down trees. Moreover, you can cut down trees with your bare hands or with ordinary weapons, for example clubs or swords. But the most effective way to chop is with a woodcutter’s axe. The tool can be created manually from the very beginning of the game, and an improved version will be available from the Blacksmith.

Resin is a secondary source that you get when you mine tree trunks. To obtain this, it is enough to cut down a few trees.

Initially, stones are mined in the open world by simply picking them up from the ground. In the future, we recommend crafting a stone pickaxe in the manual crafting menu. With its help, you can extract stones both from rocks and by interacting with the earth.

Veil Wood is obtained from common trees growing in dense fog (areas covered by the Veil). Any weapon is suitable for mining, but it is best to use a woodcutter’s ax.

This resource can be found after destroying enemies in an area covered by the Shroud. These are usually small monsters with clubs and stone shields.

First, find vegetable fibers, after which you can go to the manual creation menu and select the appropriate item.

The resource is mainly obtained by inspecting small shrubs and cutting down trees. But often vegetable fibers can be found in caches and chests.

Like plant fiber, large quantities of twigs are grown by collecting small shrubs. When trees are cut down, there is also a chance that this resource will fail.

Use the crafting menu at the blacksmith and make a stone pickaxe. Then you can use it on rocks and on the ground. When mining land there is a chance to acquire land.

Only available in a charcoal oven. To do this, you need to place a certain amount of logs and soil in the oven to get 15 units of charcoal:

Players have the right to find tar both in the open world (mainly in areas with the Veil) and to make it themselves in a charcoal kiln. To make 20 units you need the following raw materials:

Unlike tar, wood acid is only produced in a charcoal oven. The recipe will open when you have obtained the necessary resources:

A common resource that randomly appears in the open world and drops from enemies. Torn Cloth also appears in your inventory when you dismantle a piece of clothing or armor.

Another resource that can only be found in the open world. Explore ruins and caches scattered throughout the open world. Scrap often falls from defeated enemies.

To do this, you must contact the blacksmith in your camp. To make nails you need scrap metal.

The fur and bones of animals can often be found in the open world and on defeated opponents. But the easiest way to obtain these resources is by hunting. Any animal will do it, from hares to wolves.

As you travel through the open world, you may come across beehives. Sometimes the bees themselves serve as a clue to the location of the hives – they gather in a large swarm and can cause serious harm to the character. Just destroy the beehive and collect resources.

Mycelium is obtained from special mushrooms in Veil. They are easy to find – just follow the characteristic glow. Use any weapon to get rid of the mushroom, after which you can pick up a resource.

Unlike other resources, the Veil Core only drops after killing mini-bosses living in “pits”. For example, we found the first core during the task “Clean the Source of Elixir”.

In every pit you will meet a strong opponent. Once you’ve defeated the enemy, you can search his remains. In addition to other loot, you will also find the Shroud Core here.
