The company announced that the Days of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will take place from November 6 to 9 at the Rosneft pavilion inside VDNKh, as part of the international exhibition and forum themed around Russia.

Rosneft underscores that the Krasnoyarsk Territory is a strategic hub for the company’s operations. Major projects and facilities flourish across the region, including RN-Vankor, Vostsibneftegaz, Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz, the Achinsk Oil Refinery, along with extensive service, sales, and logistics networks. The presence there reflects a long-standing commitment to northern development and regional energy integration, with ongoing investments and jobs that connect the company to local communities.

During the region’s dedicated days, visitors will encounter a rich program that blends business dialogue with cultural experiences and entertainment, offering a holistic view of the industry and its regional impact.

The regional days will begin with the introduction of Vostok Oil, touted as the most significant investment initiative in today’s global oil landscape. Representatives from Rosneft alongside Krasnoyarsk Territory leadership will participate in the event, underscoring a partnership that aims to advance infrastructure, job creation, and regional prosperity.

From November 6 to 9, the Rosneft pavilion will host performances by folk groups, including the Evenki vocal ensemble Togokon and the Taimyr folk song and dance ensemble of northern peoples Heiro.

In addition to musical showcases, there will be demonstrations of Evenki national costumes, master classes on beading and crafting traditional Evenki jewelry, performances on the Jew’s harp, interactive games, and thematic quizzes that illuminate regional history and culture. Visitors can explore local history lessons and participate in competitions focused on northern heritage, paired with tastings of traditional regional dishes.

Rosneft has been executing its Vostok Oil program in the northern Krasnoyarsk Territory since 2020, a flagship project aimed at unlocking vast oil resources. The resource base is reported to exceed 6.5 billion tonnes of premium low-sulfur oil, an assessment confirmed by geological surveys, independent experts, and international auditors. These findings have reinforced confidence in the project’s scale and its potential to contribute to energy security and regional development.

The International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” opened at VDNKh on November 4 and will run through April 12, 2024. A total of 89 Russian regions, 21 ministries, 19 companies and organizations, and several public associations present their exhibitions, highlighting the breadth of Russia’s regional initiatives and interagency collaboration.

The Rosneft pavilion is housed in a mansion designed by a noted architectural project, with digital displays and interactive exhibits that guide visitors through the history, prospects, scientific advances, and social programs within the oil industry and the Rosneft ecosystem. These immersive elements help bridge technical detail with regional storytelling, illustrating how exploration, production, and community engagement converge in modern energy development.
