The Day of the Krasnodar Territory unfolded at the Rosneft pavilion during the Russia exhibition and forum, where the company highlighted its regional activities in scientific and design support for oil and gas production, refining, marine logistics, and the retail network for motor fuels. This update came from Rosneft’s press service.
Rosneft emphasized that Krasnodar Territory stands as a key hub for its operations. The company notes that its enterprises are among the largest taxpayers and employers in the region, with more than ten thousand people employed locally.
In Krasnodar, RN-Krasnodarneftegaz, Tuapse Refinery, RN-Tuapse Marine Terminal, NK Rosneft-Kubannefteprodukt, and Rosneft-NTC operate as integral parts of the regional footprint.
Throughout the themed day, attendees learned about the region’s rich tourism potential and were shown the projects Rosneft implemented for the Sochi Winter Olympic Games. The showcase connected visitors with the region’s cultural and recreational offerings enhanced by the company’s presence.
Guests were reminded that the nation will mark the tenth anniversary of the XXII Winter Olympic Games in Sochi next year, a milestone when the national team secured a top Team Medal finish.
Rosneft subsequently served as a general partner of both the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the company designed and rolled out a special Olympic program. This initiative included reconstructing the Adler oil depot and building seven multifunctional gas filling complexes to boost service capabilities.
During the Olympic period, Rosneft gas stations handled more than 1.2 thousand vehicles daily. Rosneft’s communications noted that in February 2014, around 25 thousand guests visited the cafeterias at the company’s gas stations, with approximately 30 thousand cups of coffee prepared for visitors.
Visitors at the pavilion were introduced to Russian Horizons: Come With Us, an information and service platform that demonstrated its functionality and value. The platform supports travelers by helping them plan routes to notable places through Rosneft fuel stations and roadside services.
A new route linking Moscow, Sochi, and Krasnaya Polyana was added to the platform this autumn, expanding options for automobile travelers who seek scenic and convenient travel experiences across Russia.
The international exhibition and forum Russia runs at VDNKh through April 12, 2024. The Rosneft pavilion is housed in a building designed to showcase the company’s achievements. Its digital displays and interactive exhibits tell visitors about the history, future prospects, scientific developments, and social projects within the oil industry and Rosneft itself.
At the heart of the presentation is a look at Rosneft’s ongoing regional impact, its commitment to sustainable logistics, and its role in driving tourism and industrial cooperation across Krasnodar Territory and beyond.
