Two generations connected by Rosneft arrived in Moscow to take part in the All-Russian family forum Relatives and Loved Ones, which opened at VDNKh. The event begins with the Year of the Family in Russia exhibition and draws attention to family ties within the workforce. This was reported by Rosneft’s press service.
Rosneft noted that the forum included the Kurchatov and Pozdnukhov dynasties, who traveled to Moscow with their children to participate in family activities and share experiences with fellow employees.
The Kurchatov dynasty has a joint service record exceeding five and a half centuries, with ten representatives currently serving at the Saratov Oil Refinery. The dynasty traces its origins to Alexey Kurchatov, who worked at the site from the earliest construction days in 1934.
The Pozdnukhov dynasty at Angarsk Polymer Plant has accumulated a total of 177 years of service. The founding members were veterans Anatoly and Zinaida Pozdnukhov. Presently, five members of the dynasty work across Rosneft enterprises including Angarsk Polymer Plant, Angarsk Catalyst and Organic Synthesis Plant, and Angarsk Petrochemical Company.
During their visit to Rosneft’s pavilion at the Russian exhibition, the family dynasties explored the displays, learned about the exhibition program, and engaged in a variety of thematic events.
Rosneft announced to visitors at the company pavilion that a dedicated family program would run on the forum days. Guests could take part in engaging and educational activities designed for both adults and children.
Attendees were invited to try the adrenaline of the race in a realistic simulator tied to a virtual ring track, driving the fastest car from the Lada Sport Rosneft team, and to test their table hockey skills in a friendly mini-tournament.
The Rosneft pavilion also hosted raffles for holiday vouchers for the whole family at the Vladimirovsky Hotel in the Leningrad Region, along with screenings of documentaries about Arctic scientific research and the history of oil production.
Additional events included lectures, themed quizzes, and thoughtful gifts from Rosneft for families and loved ones visiting the forum.
The Relatives and Loved Ones forum continued at VDNKh through January 23, offering a platform for corporate culture, family values, and industry insights to visitors from across the country.
The Rosneft exhibition is housed in a pavilion designed to reflect its authorial concept, with digital displays and interactive exhibits that illuminate the company and oil industry history, ongoing scientific advances, and social initiatives the company supports. The exhibits provide a clear look at the sector’s evolution, the role of research and technology, and Rosneft’s broader social programs. [citation: Rosneft press service]”
