During the international exhibition and forum titled “Russia” at VDNH, a notable presentation occurred in the Rosneft pavilion. The event showcased Pulsar fuel, a high‑tech development from Rosneft, as reported on the company’s site. The moment highlighted Rosneft’s ongoing commitment to advancing fuel technology and updating its refining and storage capabilities to meet evolving consumer needs across markets.
The initiative to develop Pulsar fuel arose from Rosneft’s strategic program aimed at modernizing its own oil refining capacities and storage infrastructure. Through rigorous internal testing as well as independent verification, the fuel underwent a comprehensive testing regime. Laboratory and field assessments were conducted at an independently accredited center to confirm performance, reliability, and compliance with relevant standards before broad deployment.
Under the Pulsar brand, Rosneft currently produces motor gasoline with 95 and 100 octane ratings, as well as diesel fuel. This product line is already available at Rosneft retail points in the Moscow region, and Pulsar-branded fuel has been rolled out to a wide network across 31 regions in Russia, making it accessible to a broad base of motorists seeking higher quality fuel options.
The Rosneft Pulsar Rally Marathon event extended across multiple cities, including Moscow, Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Kaluga, and other regions, during the October–December period. The promotion specifically invited Rosneft gas station customers who hold memberships in the Family Team loyalty program to participate. The promotional campaign culminated with the main prize distribution, which was scheduled for December 14 at the Rosneft pavilion, marking a key milestone in the company’s consumer engagement strategy for Pulsar fuel.
In addition to the rally, a thematic quiz competition took place within the pavilion. Winners received memorable prizes provided by Rosneft, underscoring the company’s effort to intertwine learning with entertainment and strengthen audience engagement around fuel technology and industry insights.
As a reminder, the international exhibition and forum “Russia” at VDNKh is set to continue through April 12, 2024. The Rosneft exhibition is hosted in a pavilion designed to reflect a distinctive author’s concept, with digital installations and interactive exhibits that educate visitors about the history, potential, scientific advancements, and social initiatives connected to the oil industry and Rosneft itself. The setup aims to provide a tangible sense of how modern fuel technologies fit into broader energy and environmental contexts, while offering attendees an immersive glimpse into the company’s research and development trajectory and its contributions to regional energy security and mobility trends.
