How to download ChatGPT
The official ChatGPT chatbot client is not available for download from the Russian App Store. To get around this limitation and use the neural network comfortably, you will need to follow a few simple steps.
First, you need to create an Apple ID account in the country where the ChatGPT application is available. Your best bet is to choose the United States – in the future you may need to bypass regional restrictions again to download other apps not available in the Russian Apple Store, so having a second account is useful.
Before registering a new profile, you must sign out of your current Apple ID in device settings. You can then open the App Store, search the App Store for “ChatGPT” and click “Download”. You will then be prompted to create a new account.

Free GPT-4
It is not necessary to pay to use ChatGPT, which is based on the GPT-4 language model. All you have to do is download the Bing app from Microsoft to your Android or iOS smartphone. This free search engine has a built-in chatbot running on GPT-4.
Bing is much easier to download – it’s available on the Russian App Store and Google Play.
The problem lies elsewhere – you can only use the capabilities of a chatbot with an active VPN connection.
Also, you must first change the region in your Microsoft account profile.
