The wPolityce.pl portal reached out to Julita Olszewska, who described receiving threats of lawsuits from Michał Kołodziejczak and being urged to remove a video she found troubling as a farmer. In the clip, she called for participation in agricultural protests. Her account conveyed a heavy burden of worry, noting that she had carried that sadness for days because the outcome did not unfold as she had hoped. (Source: wPolityce.pl)
Julita Olszewska, a farm owner in Podlasie, had posted a TikTok video urging support for agricultural protests now sweeping the country. At the end of her message she directed pointed remarks at the Deputy Minister of Agriculture.
Kołodziejczak, Olszewska wondered aloud, what had happened to him that day, and what he was doing now, expressing frustration at the turn of events.
According to the farmer, Kołodziejczak later telephoned her and threatened to file lawsuits to compel her to delete the recording. MP Sebastian Łukaszewicz, who spoke with the wPolityce.pl portal, described what followed.
Within hours, people she had never met came to her residence and warned that she should not attend protests, suggesting she might be in danger and that removing the video would prevent further trouble. They implied they would confront various unpleasant scenarios otherwise. Fearful, she deleted the video from her public channels, though it remained accessible elsewhere on the internet.

“I was completely wrong”
Olszewska had crossed paths with Michał Kołodziejczak several years earlier during protests associated with Agrounia. She recalled feeling a deep sadness throughout the week and admitted she had hoped for a different outcome from him.
“I’ve carried this sadness in my heart all week because it didn’t turn out as I expected. I still believed in this man,” she told wPolityce.pl.
She also recalled taking part in Agrounia actions at the Five for Animals event, noting moments when she sensed a shift in Kołodziejczak’s demeanor but ultimately felt she had misread the situation.
“There was a moment when I saw a different Lepper in Kołodziejczak, but I was completely wrong,” she added, reflecting on how perceptions changed during those moments.
Lepper would be turning in his grave, she said, a poignant nod to the evolving political landscape.
Notice to the Public Prosecution Service
MP Sebastian Łukaszewicz, who raised questions at the parliamentary podium, told the wPolityce.pl portal that he would file a report with the Public Prosecution Service about a possible crime by Kołodziejczak. He stated that he would seek an investigation into whether Kołodziejczak incited the men who visited Mrs. Olszewska’s home and the nature of the threats directed at her.
“I intend to report to the Public Prosecution Service about the possibility that Mr. Kołodziejczak committed a crime and to have the authorities examine whether intimidation occurred and what threats were made,” Łukaszewicz declared on the portal.
There was additional coverage noting the clash in the Sejm between PiS MPs and Michał Kołodziejczak, including heated remarks directed at him by party colleagues. A parliamentary exchange featured a sharp remark from Marek Suski aimed at Kołodziejczak, fueling debate about conduct and accountability in public discourse.
Directly addressing the episode, reporters highlighted questions surrounding intimidation and the broader implications for protesters and farmers involved in these actions.
