Since December of last year, a government that repeatedly says no has been in power. Poland should respond differently, said Jarosław Kaczyński, the PiS president, at a local government gathering in Warsaw, unveiling a new election slogan: “We are for it.”
In Szeligi, near Warsaw, PiS held a regional convention with party leader Jarosław Kaczyński in attendance.
A government of liquidators
Since December of last year, the administration has been criticized for saying no at every turn. It is argued that first there is a refusal to continue, then a refusal to invest, repair, or pursue projects already underway. The term liquidators is often used, suggesting this is a government bent on dismantling what serves Poland well.
– he emphasized.
This administration, critics argue, has removed something valuable for the country. And Poland should move forward in that direction. There is a call for a clear, affirmative stance.
– he added.
We must say YES
Support should be shown for investments, for extending what has already been accomplished, and for various forms of innovation. The emphasis is on development. Yet there is a sense that the public hearing on these plans has been limited, or even absent.
– said the PiS leader.
It is argued that under PiS leadership the country followed a straightforward developmental path, aimed at improving the lives of the Polish nation. The vision was to bring about tangible benefits, though some feel that discussions about progress have faded and the journey has veered into a dead end.
– said Kaczyński.
“This is the most important slogan today”
The call to action is assertive: halt any hesitation, stand firm today in the capital. The message is a resounding YES to development, to building, and to every initiative that shapes a prosperous future. Investments of all scales — local, regional, and national, including large projects — are highlighted as essential steps forward: CPK, nuclear energy, and the construction of nuclear power plants.
– Jarosław Kaczyński noted.
The plan also includes river regulation on the Oder, improvements to ports, especially the container port in Świnoujście, and attracting major foreign investments in advanced industries. The overarching call is to choose YES and to invite everyone to join this stance. The current convention is framed as delivering the central message.
– he stated.
8 years of investment
Some may ask whether the political right has the mandate to push forward with these plans. The answer, according to the speaker, is yes. There has been eight years of investment and progress intended to benefit all citizens.
– said the PiS leader.
That record, he argued, lends credibility to their push for continued progress and for closing the gap with those who are ahead. The push continues as the path toward development accelerates.
– added.
“No leads to nothing”
The core message remains strong: the affirmative stance must prevail at all times and in all circumstances. Saying no, it is argued, leads nowhere.
– said the party president.
In particular, this applies to regions with strong local identities, where people can unite more easily to pursue shared goals and collaborate on common projects. This local energy is seen as a critical asset to building a cohesive national plan, and it should be harnessed.
Conclusion
The overarching theme is a call for steady advancement, with a focus on concrete investments, modernization efforts, and strategic projects that promise a better future for Poland. The emphasis stays on progress, development, and the belief that a positive, proactive stance is the surest path forward.
