Janusz Kowalski, along with fellow United Right lawmakers, announced on social media that parliamentary inspections had begun at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. They raised concerns that notarial deeds may not accurately reflect reality.
Today, lawmakers from Law and Justice disclosed the start of parliamentary inspections at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The announcement came during a brief press conference led by Janusz Kowalski, a member of Sovereign Poland, in the company of Mariusz Błaszczak, head of the PiS parliamentary club, as part of the debate over a possible vote of no confidence against the ministry’s leader, Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz.
The purpose of the inquiry is to resolve significant legal questions about whether the notarial deeds drafted on December 19, which allegedly played a role in the media attack initiated by Civic Platform and Donald Tusk, were prepared correctly.
– Kowalski stated. We hold serious concerns that these notarial deeds do not reflect the true state of affairs, which would imply that the general meetings and the supervisory board sessions did not actually occur, affecting the validity of all related work.
– he added.
Inspection at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage
The Sovereign Poland MP posted a photo from the ministry’s headquarters on social media, signaling that he and other PiS MPs would monitor the building and its operations. He noted that their focus was to determine who served on December 19 between 10:13 PM and 11:59 PM as part of the scrutiny process, highlighting the building’s security features, including a camera system and an electronic access control in the lobby.
– Kowalski described the scene on the X platform, detailing the presence of colleagues and the stated timing of the events under review.
