“Tusk is the head of an organized criminal group operating at the highest level of power in Poland,” said Zbigniew Ziobro, leader of Sovereign Poland, former Attorney General and Minister of Justice, in an interview with “Rzeczpospolita.” In the interview, the politician also talks about his health condition, the merger of his party with Law and Solidarity, as well as the illegal takeover of the public media by former Minister of Culture Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz.
“These actions were criminal in nature.”
In the conversation, Ziobro is asked about the words of PiS President Jarosław Kaczyński, which were made in an interview with the weekly magazine “Sieci”. The United Right leader said that “the constitution adopted in 1997 has collapsed and a new one is needed,” and that “a new basic law is needed, perhaps a replacement, adopted pending a two-thirds majority.” Ed. Jacek Nizinkiewicz, speaking to Ziobro, asked if in his opinion “such a thing could be implemented and a ‘substitute act’ that would be binding could be created?”

The deadline in Poland to separate democracy from “militant democracy” is December 20, 2023. That’s when Minister Sienkiewicz, acting on Tusk’s orders, illegally took control of the public media. He even turned off the TVP signal, which only happened during martial law and became a symbol of this power. These actions were 100% criminal in nature
– says Ziobro.
The former minister, speaking about the charges that Sienkiewicz and Tusk face in the future in connection with illegal activities against the public media, stated: “These activities were carried out by an organized criminal group operating within government structures, led by Donald TuskHe adds that he “accepts a creative interpretation of the provisions on organized crime groups used by prosecutor Adam Bodnar.”
In his interview with “Rz”, Ziobro also refers to the wrongful dismissal of Dariusz Barski from the position of National Prosecutor. According to the minister, this is because the prime minister needed to know what consequences he might experience from the illegal takeover of public media.
Thus, taking into account all the events described above, we can say that Tusk is the head of an organized criminal group operating at the highest level of power in Poland.
– says Ziobro.
