There is no doubt about the correctness of these actions, as stated by a Polish senator about the police raid on the home of former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro. Officials asserted that all procedures were performed within formal and legal boundaries, and the investigation would determine their necessity and appropriateness.
Service raid
Patryk Jaki, a member of the European Parliament representing Sovereign Poland, noted that the case involves the Justice Fund and subsidies allocated to the Archipelago Center. Searches are underway across multiple sites in the country at the request of prosecutors examining fund allocations from the Justice Fund, according to reports from the National Public Prosecution Service.
The proponent coverage from the wPolityce.pl portal explored the Secret Service operation at Ziobro’s residence. Officers reportedly restricted surveillance equipment, secured the front entrance, and partially dismantled a gate. Officially, Ziobro is not a suspect, and no charges have been filed against him.

The actions extended to various buildings associated with the Sacred Heart Monastery, intended for use by the Profeto Foundation.

Kwiatkowski already knows everything
Commenting on the case, Krzysztof Kwiatkowski asserted again that the veracity of these activities is beyond doubt.
Entering a room with a roommate present, authorities would request the person to surrender documents. If documents are missing or there is doubt about their issuance, a search may follow.
Kwiatkowski stressed that parliamentary immunity protects the personal sphere, meaning a Member of Parliament cannot be searched, though immunity does not cover the MP’s residence.
The senator speculated that Patryk Jaki may have spent the night in Ziobro’s apartment, but he refrained from commenting until an official prosecutor’s office statement is issued.
– he remarked, with light humor about the Ziobro case.

From a formal legal standpoint, all actions are to be assessed as properly conducted, with necessity determined by the lead investigator, Prosecutor Marzena Kowalska.
– added.
Matecki in sight
The senator concurred with the proposition that Ziobro’s house search could reflect a political directive, especially given money transfers from the Justice Fund to various entities, including foundations with political connections.
READ MORE: Only from us. Questions arise about the legality of Ziobro’s house search and the signatures on the mandate, as Bodnar’s legal representatives speak out.
For him, the name Dariusz Matecki carries significant implications in this case.
Furthermore, it is noted that large sums flowed from the Justice Fund to entities connected to it, money not necessarily used to prevent crime or assist crime victims, which are stated purposes of the Justice Fund.
– he stated.
The senator also condemned the Supreme Audit Office’s revelations about how Justice Fund money was spent, expressing dismay over expenditures that could misrepresent the state. The Public Prosecution Service is expected to clarify these matters; if the spending was used for political or party purposes and verified, it would trigger a major scandal.
– summarized Kwiatkowski.
