MP Janusz Kowalski, together with other United Right parliamentarians, informed on social media about the start of the parliamentary inspection at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. They suspect that ‘notarial deeds do not reflect reality’.
Today, Law and Justice parliamentarians announced the start of parliamentary inspections at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. This was announced by the Member of Parliament of Sovereign Poland, Janusz Kowalski, during a press conference with the head of the PiS club, Mariusz Błaszczak, on the motion for a vote of no confidence against the head of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz .
To clarify the major legal doubts about whether the legal acts, notarial deeds, that were drawn up on December 19 and which gave rise to the attack on the media by the Civic Platform Donald Tusk, were correctly drawn up
– said Janusz Kowalski.
We have serious suspicions that these notarial deeds do not reflect reality, as a result of which neither general meetings nor meetings of the supervisory board have actually taken place, making all work performed absolutely invalid or non-existent.
– he added.
Inspection at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage
The MP of Sovereign Poland posted a photo on social media from the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, announcing that he and other PiS MPs would monitor the building.
Together with MPs @MosinskiJan, @KrzSzczucki and @paweljablonski_ we are at the headquarters of @kultura_gov_pl at Krakowskie Przedmieście 15. There is a camera and an electronic entry and exit control system in the entrance hall. We determine who was serving on December 19 between 10:13 PM and 11:59 PM
— wrote Janusz Kowalski on the X platform.
