Andrzej Zybertowicz, member of the Committee on Russian Influence, said that “personal recommendations consist of two parts.”
The first part is – as he indicated – about the group of people who were “responsible for supervising the Polish secret services, including the SKW”. The second part – as he added – concerns “three SKW officers in relation to the following persons: Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Minister Jacek Cichocki, ministers: Bogdan Klich, Tomasz Siemoniak and Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz.”

Analyzing the available materials, including the testimony of the above-mentioned during the investigation of the Public Prosecution Service, we had the impression that politicians responsible for state security were not interested in state security, that this scope of their responsibility was not a priority for them
