“Our message to Azerbaijan is clear: Violation of Armenia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity is unacceptable,” he said at the press conference.
Borrell emphasized that such a violation would lead to serious consequences for relations with the two republics.
“We must be vigilant against any attempt to destabilize Armenia,” he said.
