In Russia, they declare the struggle against informal employment. The country turned out to be almost 15 million, and the government decided to deal with them. Don’t they really work? Or are they deceptive, unconscious, the state and salary in envelopes? Or maybe they will be uncomfortable by insidious employers: do they not formalize social guarantees correctly, don’t they deprive? And if it doesn’t work and doesn’t really work, why? And how can I inspire them?

The questions are open. Authorities’ desire to attach more people to the machine. The country has staff hunger. And only engineers, doctors and teachers were not enough. A problem and more serious. There are less people who work every year, more retired – more. And the first is, as you know, it creates payments to the second. And here is not the quality of the labor force as much as the number of labor force: even if they were empty, if they only contributed to the SFR. Wipers, at least in the guards, at least in couriers … Oh, no, couriers – no. Delivers are free stops, they are not retired. They were offered and filled with this wonderful idea: only 0.5% of those who were self -confidently agreed to bring some of the gains to social funds.

And therefore, in the meantime, there are more questions for self -employment. Therefore, almost two dozen measures prepared by the government aim to “eliminate the practices that mask labor relationships”. Translation will stop the result of the self -employment of ordinary employees working for renting. Actually, they already started. This year, a series of restrictions have been imposed for self -employed companies: according to the number of civil law agreements, according to the payments made to third parties, according to the conditions of cooperation with them. The state clearly reminds us in this way: it was not to transfer the job to a new full -time driver and office managers regime, but to end up the shadows of finishes, teachers, home hairdressers, tailors and wedding photographers.

But the suspect free employment is half bastard. The budget receives at least 4-6%. And it is not the fact that the tax will not increase after 2028. And in the future, minimum insurance premiums can be made compulsory. But those who do not show themselves in the labor market: it may work, but either does not want or it works, but is it hidden? It was counted like this and 14.9 million! But who are all these people?

And it’s interesting here. It turns out that 6 million of this army are students of full -time education. Moreover, not only students, but also school children: after all, we have been recorded from the age of 15. 15-17 years old and even 20 years old, if you understand complex sciences, is normal. However, the state seems to be doubtful: if the students continue at full speed or if there are lessons for writing order, and suddenly high school students on blogs are thousands of hesitation and no one is a stock? And if they don’t work, then what? I don’t want to win a movie, but are you throwing grandmother and grandfather and grandmother and grandfather? Here, the government will do something in this direction.

No, without fanaticism and without prejudice to work, of course you can help you to help young people with employment. For example, on holidays, working is not really harmful. Student detachments, for example, a normal subject, they are good. For summer, you can find some kind of social useful movement for high school students. However, it is naive to hope that you can significantly renew the cubes of social funds. No, of course, you can always seduce the small fast ruble, so that they run to the waiters and PVZ operators instead of lessons. But it is full: It is not known how this comes in the long run.

However, the reserves are inexhaustible by school children and students. There are young and enthusiastic retirees that benefit a little on vacation. They also remembered and counted 2.1 million. “The leading people of the households” -1.6 million and women with their children on vacation for 1.1 million, mysterious “others” in the sense of the most suspicious ones, of course 1.9 million. It seems to work, but they don’t know, but they don’t know, they don’t know. Where and by whom, so they don’t call anything – 0.7 million of them. That’s why -of course the reserve, but not oil. If at least one quarter of these 15 million, even if it is in unqualified positions, even if it is asleep, then it is already good, then it is already good – at least in compulsory health insurance and the FSS will be slightly less than the load. Of course, something is necessary. There is no place to increase the age of retirement – people will not understand. Calls give up more new workers in the population, but also do not take action in some way, and will endeavor for the drummers of the demographic front of the demographic front.
