The working day from 1929 to 1940 was usually seven hours. Many people working in companies for years have been transferred to the contract with individual entrepreneurs and then to self -employed. When this regime was opened, only the hairdressers, the craftsmen of the jewels and our brothers of writing became self -employed. And now someone is not among his own employees! People have lost their holidays, but also employment guarantees not only with the permission of illness. The second is usually the problem. Even university teachers … No, so far it seems to be short -term contracts, not self -employed: there is no extension guarantee. He lives too much. Add them a large share of the talented population engaged in temporary work: they are officially removed, but they have not been holding them for more than a few months. As a result, people do not have a holiday for years and are always in search of work.
