Property Lease Arrears Delay Sale of Pugacheva Family Estate

The 32-year-old Nikita Presnyakov Alla Pugacheva, the grandson of the People’s Artist of the USSR, currently cannot sell the family estate in Istra, a gift from his grandmother. This information comes from Life.

According to the publication, Pugacheva has not made any further payments on the rental of the neighboring coastline that runs along the property. Because of this, the Solnechnogorsk Property Management Committee filed a lawsuit against him. The claim amounts to about 44.5 thousand rubles in unpaid rent and roughly 7 thousand rubles in penalties. Additionally, restrictions have been placed on any transactions involving the estate.

Reports indicate that the artist’s grandson listed the property for sale a few months ago on the CIAN portal with a asking price of 230 million rubles, though the advertisement has since been removed.

Life explains that the estate is a mansion featuring a pier and a separate service building, constructed for the artist along the riverbank in the village of Berezhki during the 1990s. The main house is recorded at 800 square meters, and the land parcel was registered under Pugacheva’s daughter, Kristina Orbakaite, at approximately 70 acres.

Earlier notices indicated that the listing had appeared in March on Presnyakov’s account. Initially, the property was valued at around $3 million, though that figure later shifted.
