Two notices appeared on a private website concerning the sale of Alla Pugacheva’s estate in Berezhki, a property re-registered to her grandson Nikita Presnyakov. The listing reported by kp.ru indicates the sale is underway, sparking discussion about the estate’s current status.
The first advertisement claimed the property had been sold for 132,500,000 rubles, while a subsequent listing stated a price of 125,000,000 rubles. Earlier efforts to move the property in 2023 faltered, with a higher asking price of 225,000,000 rubles. According to kp.ru, there remains little buyer interest in Pugacheva’s mansion at this time.
The residence in question dates back to the 1990s, when the singer acquired land in the village of Berezhki along the Istra Reservoir. The property has been described as a private cottage and includes a pier and coastline that are leased from the municipality. The main house covers approximately 800 square meters, with Nikita Presnyakov Jr. named in connection to the site. The surrounding land, about 70 hectares, is recorded under the name of the artist’s daughter, Kristina Orbakaite, in official records.
In May 2023, growing questions emerged over whether Nikita Presnyakov would proceed with the sale of Pugacheva’s Istra estate. Reports from Life.ru suggested that Pugacheva had missed a rent payment for the coastline adjacent to the estate. This led the Solnechnogorsk Property Management Committee to pursue a formal claim for debt, estimated at roughly 44,500 rubles, plus an additional 7,000 rubles in penalties. In connection with the dispute, restrictive measures were introduced on transactions involving the real estate in question, further complicating the ownership and transfer process.
There have also been public discussions about Ivleeva’s recent tax-related liabilities, though those reports pertain to a separate matter and are unrelated to Pugacheva’s estate negotiations in Istra.
