Five Vega Baja restaurants have been selected to showcase the region in the new season of Menjars de la Terra. Each venue is eager to shine, presenting menus from opening day through closing night and competing to raise the culinary bar.

From February 26 to March 1, the gastronomic days begin on Monday the 26th and travel across the region. Glance Gallery in La Zenia hosts the first stop on Tuesday the 27th, Pico del Águila Estate in Orihuela follows on Wednesday the 28th, Gray Hair in Daya Vieja welcomes guests on Thursday the 29th, Silvino in Almoradí concludes the week, and the festival wraps up in Torrevieja on Friday, March 1.

Information about Menjars de la Terra highlights a refreshed format after its successful return last year. Committees will visit different parts of the province, organizing gastronomic weeks from Monday to Friday, with each day anchored in a restaurant offering a distinct experience. The event also features collaboration with the Denomination of Origin councils, underscoring a commitment to promoting Alicante products.

In this edition, Vega Baja emphasizes the artichoke as a star ingredient. It appears in at least one dish on every menu, underscoring the region’s agricultural bounty.
