The defense development program known as High Precision Complexes, a division of Rostec, announced the delivery of upgraded weapons to Russian forces. The information came from Rostec via its press service, as reported by RIA News.

According to the company, the troops have received fresh PP-2000 submachine guns, AGS-30 automatic grenade launchers, and GM-94 grenade launchers. Before these weapons were sent to units, specialists conducted comprehensive testing and tuned the aiming systems to ensure optimal performance in the field.

Within the Northern Military District, the GM-94 grenade launcher has found broad utility, particularly suited to offensive operations where rapid, decisive fire is needed. The AGS-30, noted for its versatility, supports both assault and defensive tasks. It is mounted with motorized rifle units, where the launcher amplifies firepower while preserving mobility and maneuverability.

The PP-2000 submachine gun delivers concentrated fire over a range of up to 200 meters and accepts a variety of ammunition, including armor-piercing rounds. In recent periods these submachine guns have increasingly accompanied frontline pilots, providing a means of personal defense when the situation demands.

Earlier reports indicated that the Kalashnikov Concern delivered AK-12 assault rifles to Russian troops ahead of contractual deadlines, marking another milestone in the ongoing modernization effort.
