An organizer from Alicante announces a major land acquisition that adds an urban plot to a growing portfolio. A new parcel of land is located in one of the most valuable zones of the province. The company, owned by brothers Juan and Pedro Alcaraz, founders of Goldcar, disclosed on Tuesday that it has acquired several companies to expand its footprint. The land totals 2500 square meters in Campello, a short distance from the Muavista beach and adjacent to the PAU 5 development from San Juan beach. This area is currently among the most active real estate markets along the Costa Blanca.
The site is classified as urban and currently permits construction of up to four floors, according to the firm.
José Antonio Izquierdo, CEO of Alibina, stated, This operation aligns with one of our strategic lines focused on recovering urban land, a path we have pursued in places like Madrid. The plot has long been occupied by houses, and now the opportunity presents a chance to reassess the area and this urban space between Alicante and El Campello.
Izquierdo explained that the goal is to develop a future promotion on this land. While there are no specific projects on the near horizon, Alibuilding plans to move forward with the site. The plot is located just a few meters from the San Juan Beach development on Maestro Jose Garberí Avenue, a project whose sales phase has already reached completion.
Alibuilding increases turnover by 53 percent amid a pandemic
We understand that the Costa Blanca coastline offers spaces that heal and preserve the distinctive quality of the region. The city of Alicante and the broader L’Alacantí region have appealing features for residents and potential buyers from Spain and abroad. In this effort, Alibuilding positions itself as a driving force in the local market.
Other projects
The organizer currently oversees the Benidorm Beach development, a building project in the city that rises to 36 stories and includes 196 apartments. It also runs the second phase of a detached housing complex in the polo district of Alicante. The latest development on the coast includes houses in Denia and another collaboration with a local firm for a future project in the area of film in Alicante.

In Madrid, the Francisco de Ricci promotion in the heart of the Chamberí neighborhood is nearing completion, featuring 22 homes. Alibuilding also owns the Velázquez 23 development in Madrid, a project that industry observers highlighted as one of the most notable urban improvement endeavors in recent years.
