Alibuilding, the developer within the Aligrupo holding, has secured the construction license for its latest project in Polop, a municipality in Alicante. This ambitious plan involves 65 homes that will be truly customized to reflect each buyer’s preferences. The Polop Hills Nature development stands on a 28,793 square meter plot, where private plots range from 300 to 580 square meters and form the backbone of the community layout. Adjacent to its twin project Polop Hills, this new initiative envisions homes starting at 140 square meters, with some of the larger units reaching up to 170 square meters. Initially, 37 residences are planned to feature double-height living spaces, enhancing the sense of space and light throughout the homes. (Source: Alibuilding communications)
From the company’s perspective, the homes will be designed on a modular, “at the customer’s request” basis. Clients will propose layouts, finishes, and interior distributions, among other elements. José Antonio Izquierdo, the Chief Executive of Alibuilding, explained that the aim is to deliver a development where owners enjoy greater freedom to shape their homes while staying within the established architectural framework of the urbanization. Izquierdo stressed that the project introduces a new product model—more flexible, yet maintaining the high quality standards and distinct identity associated with the Alibuilding brand. Polop Hills Nature sits in the Polop municipality, within the Marina Baixa region, perched on an elevated site that offers views toward the coastline between Benidorm and Altea. Roughly 20 of the homes will overlook a wooded area at the foot of the Ponoig, a renowned Alicante peak rising to 1,181 meters tall. (Source: Alibuilding communications)
Polop Hills Nature marks the second development by Alibuilding in the town. The first project, Polop Hills, comprises 179 detached homes and has attracted significant interest from international buyers. Among the current owners in this urbanization are some of the first buyers from the United States, reflecting a growing interest in the Costa Blanca for both second homes and investment property with a potential safe-haven appeal in the regional market.
