Aedas Homes posts record deliveries in Spain and opens a major new project in Dénia
The housing group Aedas Homes announced that it formalized the transfer of 3,544 properties in the 2022-2023 fiscal year, a milestone achieved as of March 31. The company reported that the Alicante regional administration recorded the impact of these transfers, with 143 homes contributing to that total. Aedas Homes highlighted that the 3,544 titled homes represent the highest yearly figure in the current residential cycle for any developer in Spain.
From this overall figure, the Levante and Balearic Islands regional office delivered 562 units, accounting for 16 of the total. Specifically, 490 units were completed in the Community of Valencia and 72 in the Balearic Islands. In terms of special autonomy, 379 residences were sold to private customers, while 111 were allocated to corporate clients to be used on loan in Valencia. The Valencian project is located in the Patraix district of the capital.

López noted that the group has strengthened its position as a reference developer in the newly built residential market across the Mediterranean region and the Balearic archipelago after achieving this elevated delivery count. By province, deliveries in the Levante and Balearic Islands are distributed as follows: 347 units in Valencia Province, including the city of Valencia and the municipality of Mislata, and 143 units in Alicante Province, in areas such as Alicante city and Denia. López emphasizes that this milestone underlines the company’s strong management and execution capacity, as well as its operational efficiency. “Once again, the team behind the Territorial de Levante y Baleares, consisting of around 30 professionals, has demonstrated its substantial value and dedication,” he added.
