This new construction extends beyond the Community of Valencia. Aedas Homes announced plans for up to six fresh developments in the provinces of Alicante and Valencia, adding 440 new homes to the market with a total investment of around 120 million euros.

Specifically, work has started on Nerium, a project comprising 100 multi-family homes, and Odina, featuring 36 semi-detached residences, in Godella. In Unic, a complex of 116 multi-family homes is advancing in Xàbia, while Marina Real III continues with its third stage, delivering 60 multi-family units. Stage 2 of Nerva, with 88 homes, moves forward, and in the city of Valencia, Comte adds 40 multi-family homes to the portfolio.

With these new launches, the company now operates 30 ongoing projects within the Community of Valencia, totaling around 1,500 residences in various stages of development.

The arrival of cranes on these sites demonstrates Aedas Homes operational effectiveness and, most importantly, fulfills the commitment to customers by bringing their homes closer to reality. The company aims to deliver these residences in the first half of 2025, according to John Lopez, regional manager for the Levante and Balearic Islands.

Aedas Homes coordinates these promotions as a group with leading national construction firms and local partners in the Valencian Community. Nerium and Odina are being developed in collaboration with Bertholin from Paterna; Comte is led by Urban Classic from Alzira; Matchless is involved in Denia; and Nerva II and Royal Marina III are being carried out with St. Joseph in the project mix.

Juan López highlights a significant milestone from a commercial perspective. He notes that the cranes mark a turning point for these promotions, reflected in strong sales momentum. The pace of commercialization remains high across all four projects, with more than 30% of units already reserved.

The six projects are described as highly distinctive. Unic signals the revival of new residential offerings in Xàbia, featuring ground floor units, lofts, and duplexes with generous terraces and well-designed common areas. Comte occupies a landmark position in Valencia’s capital, within the Nuevo Patraix district, presenting a unique promotion with rooftop community spaces. Nerva stands out as a historic restoration that combines old and new elements with a central, sea-adjacent location. Marina Real marks the consolidation of a major development in Denia and in Godella, Nerium and Odina respond to the demand for sustainable housing through a forward-looking and integrated urban concept, mirroring the new Virentia neighborhood, as explained by the regional manager.
