Mashed potatoes with cheese and egg – Knowledge
- 6 medium potatoes
- 4 eggs
- Gouda cheese, emmental and sliced masdam. (about 4 slices each).
- Grated Parmesan Cheese.
- Salt (I put these three kinds of cheese, but you can put whatever you want).
- Prepare the mashed potatoes, cook with a cube for flavor.
- If possible, the puree is passed through a blender instead of a food grinder.
- After it is pureed, the soil is poured into a pot, 4 notches are made with a spoon and the eggs are poured.
- Try to put the eggs in the outermost part of the pan.
- We take the cheese and make strips of about 2 finger widths and place them in the middle of the pan and around the eggs, trying to cover the entire surface of the porridge without covering the eggs.
- Add grated cheddar cheese on the eggs,
- Bake in a medium oven for about 20 minutes. ensuring the top layer is well gratinated.
