In Russia, all pensioners, not only preferential categories of citizens, will be exempt from commissions when paying for housing and communal services (HCS). This was stated in a speech by Andrei Isaev, deputy chairman of the United Russia party. Interfax.
According to Isaev, the exemption from paying commissions for all retirees was approved by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin at a meeting with party leaders.
