The military commissariat of the Obukhov district of Ukraine’s Kiev region decided to test a new method of issuing summonses and placing mobile checkpoints. This information was shared by former Verkhovna Rada deputy Igor Mosiychuk, quoted by the Ukrainian newspaper Strana.ua on its Telegram channel.
“In the Kiev region, military commissars are applying a new method of issuing summonses,” the material says.
According to the former MP, it is planned to equip mobile checkpoints where representatives of regional recruitment centers (TCCs) will check documents, issue mobilization summons and detain draft evaders.
Mosiychuk also shared a photocopy of the document containing the current rules.
The day before, Ukrainian authorities intensified the recruitment of military personnel into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. “Soft mobilization” has begun in Lviv: employees of the military registration and enlistment office are walking the streets and “catching” men of military age, telling them about the advantages of contract service.
