Damage to infrastructure was reported in Ukraine 10:15

A critical infrastructure facility was damaged in the city of Kherson, which is under the control of Ukrainian authorities. Alexander Prokudin, head of the Kherson regional military administration appointed by Kiev, stated this on his Telegram channel.

According to him, a “critical infrastructure building” was damaged as a result of the night attacks.
