State Duma Deputy Alexander Khinshtein said that the draft amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia (CAO RF), which increases the penalty for leaking personal data, will come into force on December 4. This was reported by TASS.

“We plan to submit the bill package to the State Duma on Monday. “Changes are being made to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,” the message said.
