How to unlock the hidden achievement Running from the Hospital and reveal valuable chests
Begin at the marked map point.
East of the starting position, a ground hole is covered in stones. A strong strike or Geo attack breaks through.
You enter a cave. Activate the elemental sense to reveal a breakable wall. Break it and keep moving forward.
You arrive at two passages. The top path leads to a chest. Reach the dead end, destroy the false wall, search the chest and return.
Defeat enemies to access a luxury chest. Then take the bottom passage. On the right, another destructible wall hides a normal chest. The main route lies straight ahead; defeating opponents yields another luxury chest.
At a dead end, turn right to break another false wall.
Proceed forward, remove one more obstacle, then reach the surface. Interact with the hoe to the right of the exit to earn the achievement.
How to open a luxury chest in the northeast of the Sumeru desert
Head to the indicated point.
From the teleport, turn north, rise on an updraft and push forward.
You will be on an invisible staircase.
Run past it until you hit a wall. Turn right and continue to the next cul de sac.
Turn right again and run to the next wall.
Turn left and push forward until a luxury box appears.
How to obtain a luxury chest in the pyramid in the western Sumeru desert
Move to the next teleport.
Turn right and fly across the abyss using fireflies. Enter the glowing pyramid.
Inside, a mystery awaits. Interact with the crystal on the left first, then go down and flip the hourglass.
Rotate the crystal to the left using the fireflies to assist your path.
Interact with the hourglass below, then cross to the other side and turn both the crystal and the clock again.
Climb to the central platform and touch the crystals there twice. Then fly to the side platform and stay on it as it disappears.
Repeat this process with the remaining three platforms, then work with the hourglass and climb the central plate.
Rotate the central crystal twice. A bar appears marking the location of the luxury box.
How to grab the contents of the luxury chest in King Deshret’s tomb catacombs
Proceed to the indicated point.
Turn right from the teleport. Fly to the right and descend one level. Pass through the triangular door, then turn right and interact with the book to open the door to the room housing the luxury box.
How to open a luxury chest in King Deshret’s mausoleum dungeon
Return to the last teleport.
Enter the room with the collapsed floor, located on the right. Fly down to the lower floor, then follow the firefly to its first stop. You will land on an invisible floor.
Move to the right and study the floor boundary. Sprinting is not advised; the firefly marks the waypoint you need to reach.
When the firefly climbs, head toward the nearest wall. The luxury box appears at the top. To reach it, climb the wall to the ledge and jump onto the platform that holds the chest.
Proceed to the next point. From the archon statue, fly south and locate a rock passage revealed after a precise shot. Enter the cave and complete three time trials as shown in the screenshots.
Tests include defeating three opponents, destroying five barrels and collecting 22 fireflies.
After finishing these trials, activate three Electro totems, then pick up the fourth totem in the middle of the room near the luxury box.
