“Seven Bugs Roboptah” is a secret objective in Honkai: Star Rail that can appear while wandering the Lofu Xianzhou region. How to start the quest “Seven Bugs Roboptah”
Travel to the central harbor of the Star-Sailboat Refuge and follow the platform in the upper right. On the way to the bridge, a sad bird sits nearby. Interact with it and then pick positive responses to comfort the bird. After the dialogue, the bird flies away.
After this, turn around and head back along the path in the opposite direction. In front of a large cargo boat, a girl named Ziqiao awaits. Speak with her and mention the sad mechanical bird you met earlier. This triggers the hidden quest and awards the achievement “Seven Bugs Roboptah: Laziness.”
This initiates the hidden task. The job log will not show a notification, but soon a message will arrive on the player’s device from Ziqiao asking to locate the other lost birds. There are seven in total, and the first has already been found. The player must locate six more robopts.
Second Roboptah – Gluttony
The next target sits near the same area, close to a grocery stall marked on the map. Approach the disgruntled robot and begin the conversation. The robot and the vendor have a dispute, so the player must answer a question. The exact answer doesn’t matter; after the exchange, the roboptah returns to Ziqiao and the achievement “Seven Bugs Roboptah: Gluttony” is earned.
The third roboptah – Envy
The third bird is near the Star Palace. Explore the right side of that location to locate it, or refer to the map for guidance.
An irritated roboptah explains that deliveries often come to incorrect addresses. She hands over a card and invites a round of hide-and-seek.
However, the bird cannot be seen on the map because it purposely flew away. Descend the path by the pond and look to the right after the gate to find it.
Speak with the roboptah to earn the achievement “Seven Bugs Roboptah: Envy.”
The fourth roboptah – Pride
Teleport to the Exalted Shrine and scan the main square. To help return to Ziqiao, answer the question correctly: “Five Arrows!”.
At the end of the exchange, the achievement “Seven Bugs Roboptah: Pride” is unlocked.
Fifth Roboptach – Greed
Ride the Cloud Ferry toward the map’s central area. A roboptah sits in a small corridor. All responses are available, but solving a small puzzle is essential. The page includes visual hints to assist the solution.
If everything is completed correctly, the courier is sent back and the achievement “Seven Bug Roboptah: Greed” is earned.
The sixth robopta – Lust
Use a quick travel point to the southern teleporter in Cloud Ferry. A polite robot awaits not far from the place where the puzzle was solved earlier.
After speaking with her, guide her to the customs terminal. Monsters may appear on the way, so it is wise to clear them first. When the guard steps in, the bird flies away and the achievement Seven Bug Roboptah: Lust is unlocked.
Seventh Roboptach – Wrath
The final mechanical courier gets into trouble in Navalia Port Stargazer. If that area has already been visited during the story missions, the spatial anchor should be activated. Teleport there and descend. A roboptah can be spotted near the wall.
Releasing her is straightforward: fend off a group of glowing dragon fish. After the clash, the achievement “Seven Bugs Roboptah: Wrath” is granted.
Return to Ziqiao to claim the promised rewards. If all robopts are captured, the player earns the following items:
- Performance “Better one bird in the hand than a thousand in the air”;
- Star Jade (20);
- Credits (5000).
Additionally, twenty-four hours later a real-time message arrives from an unknown sender, promising another gift for Ziqiao. The player only needs to speak with the girl and receive the package.
