Minecraft Legends and two more games will be free on PS Plus at in April

This April, subscribers to the base version of PlayStation Plus Essential and all other tiers will get access to Minecraft Legends and two more projects. In this respect reported on the company’s blog.

The first game in the collection was Immortals of Aveum for PS5, developed by Ascendant Studios. It is a first-person shooter that received mixed reviews from critics, and due to poor sales the development studio laid off half of its staff.

PS4 and PS5 owners will have access to Minecraft Legends. This is a spin-off of the famous third-person action strategy game. In this project, instead of the usual construction and survival, you will have to team up with other players and fight enemies. The project received mixed reviews, and in early 2024 the developers announced the end of support for the game, almost a year after its release.

Skul: The Hero Slayer is a 2D rogue-lite platform game where players take on the role of a skeleton. In the entire April selection, this is the most budget and highest-rated game. Once you add a game to your library, you can play it whenever you want, as long as you have an active PS Plus subscription.

The games will be available from April 2 to May 6. So far, players still have access to games from the March release, including Sifu, F1 2023, Hello Neighbor 2, and the Destiny 2 add-on The Witch Queen.
