A player nicknamed Alicex13 shared his rare find on Reddit, which he discovered after spending 1,700 hours in Baldur’s Gate 3. It turns out that not all fans knew that a character from the first act could return in the third act in a completely unexpected form.

Even those who haven’t completed the game have likely encountered a Githyanki band led by Voss in Act 1. This conversation is mandatory and cannot be avoided. Voss himself is notable not only for his manner, but also for his steed – a huge red dragon named Kudenos, the battle of which frayed the nerves of many players.

It turns out that this dragon can be found in the third act, but in anthropomorphic form. Kudenos himself will confirm what exactly Voss’s flying transport is. This transformation is completely in line with the D&D lore the game is based on: dragons can take the form of Dragonborn.

Judging by the comments of Reddit users, this was a real discovery for many:

Can you talk to a dragon?! WHAT?!

Wait, what? I’ve played 500 hours and played the game three times and still haven’t seen this Dragonborn?

Lol, never met this NPC in its humanoid form.

To trigger this encounter, players must meet Voss in the sewers in Act Three. However, to do so, you must decline Raphael’s offer in “The Caress of Shares” while telling Voss of your intention to free Orpheus.

Earlier, the creators of Baldur’s Gate 3 shared the game’s rarest ending, which only 34 people could see.
