Twitch streamer nicknamed Luality passed by Baldur’s Gate 3 on the hardest difficulty with only one save. As if that wasn’t enough, she decided to challenge herself and make the game even harder.
The girl refused many useful functions that the game offers. They excluded from the passage:
- Satellites:
- Mercenaries:
- Change class and transfer experience points to Withered;
- Buy/sell or steal items from NPCs;
- Use of illithid larvae;
- Long and short rest, restore points for spells and some actions.
At the same time, Luality chose the highest difficulty setting, ‘Honour’, leaving the player with one save for the entire game. With a team of companions, this isn’t very scary, as the battle lasts as long as at least one companion is alive. But the death of a lone player automatically ends in defeat.
The challenge lasted over two weeks, during which the streamer came close to losing several times. However, the race ended successfully: Luality reached the final boss and completed Baldur’s Gate 3. She celebrated her victory live with the audience.
