Fresh patch for Baldur’s Gate 3 made the quest chain in the Temple of Shar unexpectedly complicated. To complete the Leap of Faith mission, you will now need to remove some artifacts from your inventory.
Closer to the end of the trials of the goddess Shar, we must cross the abyss, walking on invisible plates. Some players simply drank a potion of jumping or running, or flew in druid form to the end of the puzzle.

However, with the new patch, the chances of successfully passing the abyss have greatly decreased. Players on Reddit have discovered that jumping no longer works, and an attempt to use a flight spell with the turn-based mode takes the heroes back to the beginning.
Furthermore, the test cannot be passed at all if the character has the Blood of Lathander mace or a moon lantern in his inventory. You also can’t light the way with the daylight spell; the player will fail immediately. Apparently, the developers decided to emphasize the nature of the goddess of darkness Shar.

Now you can only complete the Leap of Faith challenge the way the game provides.
Previously, the developers of Baldur’s Gate 3 spoke about another feature of the game that was removed from the final version. It turns out that sect leader Absolute Keterik Torm could become our party member.
🤯 Please note: Luntik will have a mother
